At Neopawo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at neopawo@contact.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, assembled or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
